A 48 hour cancellation notice is preferred, however if you or your children are sick I completely understand! I just ask that you communicate with me as soon as possible. If there are repeated late cancellations or no shows I reserve the right to not rebook you.
Please notify me immediately if you seem to be running late. I will do my best to accommodate. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, please let me know within 5 days . I will gladly have you back in the salon so we can talk about your concerns. I currently do not offer refunds for services provided.
